My family plans to leave the country and live in Toronto, well maybe just for the holidays. We were looking for some place to live in when I accidentally came across some modern condos that my broker did not even know were listed. It turned out that in Toronto unregistered condos were quite high in numbers. I asked my broker if there was any chance that we could be listed in for reservations during the holiday. This year, busy times are fast approaching, I know that it will take a while before my family and I could get another booking for the condo. So I Insisted on having it reserved during the holidays even months before the target date. I fell in love with the place as soon as I stepped in to the wide space in front of me. It was like heaven on earth, this is the dream “house” I’ve always pictured my self in.
